​Help build a new vision for our community!
Newark’s East Ward is a vibrant, diverse community supporting around 55,000 residents. With 20% fewer police officers on the streets than just a few years ago, and a large immigrant population that lacks resources and support, we need to step up and build a strong, safe neighborhood for our families.
The Plan:
We aim to raise funds to be invested directly into our community. All proceeds will go to the Peter Pantoliano Civic Association to be used exclusively for programs that support the East Ward. Our Advisory Board will work with community leaders to create and maintain programs that improve the safety and quality of life for the families of our neighborhood. With your help we can invest in better security, better community projects, and safer streets in the East Ward.
PLEASE OPEN YOUR HEARTS AND WALLETS TO HELP US RIGHT HERE IN OUR OWN NEIGHBORHOOD
100% of all monies collected will be used for the sole purpose of providing the city with better means of safety, programs for seniors, athletics and recreation for our youth, improvements in parks, and other programs to benefit the residents of the East Ward.
Peter Pantoliano’s name was chosen as a tribute to Mr. Pantoliano’s long term commitment to and support of the East Ward. He is not taking any administrative fees or compensation in this landmark effort.
Peter will match any donation up to $50 with a $50 off coupon at Eye Contact Vision Center as well as a free Civic Association T-Shirt.
